He obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Engineering Management. On top of these, he suited himself up with various aviation-related trainings, both here and abroad.

He is one of the pioneer volunteers of the SBMA Project Management Department which paved the way for the successful conversion of the former US Military Naval Air Station in the Philippines and what is now known as the Subic Bay International Airport.

He got involved in almost every facet of the development and rehabilitation projects of SBIA; led the Planning and Engineering Division, and eventually promoted as the Manager of the Subic Bay International Airport in 2012.
